With its independent working area, it offers the user a comfortable working environment with many materials. Thanks to its 360° rotating axis, it can easily perform marking, drawing, writing, and engraving operations on cylindrical objects such as wedding rings and bracelets.

Cutting ranges of Fiber Laser Systems:

With a fiber laser machine producing 20 watts of power, gold, copper, silver, and brass can be cut up to a maximum of 0.7 mm.

With a 30-watt fiber laser machine, cuts up to a maximum thickness of 0.9 mm can be made.

With a 50-watt fiber laser machine, cuts up to a maximum thickness of 1.2 mm can be made.

With a 100-watt fiber laser machine, cuts up to a maximum thickness of 2.0 mm can be made.

The cutting time varies depending on the model (vector drawing) of the object to be cut, its length, and the type of material (gold, silver, brass, etc.).

For example: For the jewelry industry, a vector drawing of the name MERVE, consisting of 5 letters, takes approximately 4-5 minutes on gold using a 20-watt fiber laser machine.

The same process takes less than 1 minute with a 50-watt fiber laser machine. In other words, a 20-watt machine can do in 15 passes what a 50-watt machine can do in approximately 7-8 passes. The number of cutting passes needs to increase as the thickness increases.
