NRT Teknik manufactures and supplies high-tech machinery and equipment exclusively for commercial customers – goldsmiths, workshops and businesses. The following return conditions apply to all orders initiated through our website.
Our products are intended exclusively for entrepreneurs and businesses. A statutory consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.
A return is possible if the delivered machine has a defect on receipt – that is, if it is defective or faulty. In such cases we take the product back and provide a replacement or refund.
In the event of malfunctions or technical problems, we first provide technical support. This support is free of charge only within the warranty period and only for a fault covered by the warranty. Outside the warranty period, or for causes not covered by the warranty, technical support is chargeable. Most malfunctions can be resolved quickly this way, without any return shipment.
If a significant defect cannot be remedied despite our technical support and the customer consequently no longer wishes to use the product, we will consider taking the product back depending on the circumstances.
A return for purely subjective reasons (e.g. „I don't like it“) is excluded. Every return requires a valid reason in the form of a demonstrable defect or fault.
Please report a defect without delay after discovery, and no later than 14 days after receipt, by e-mail to info@nrt.com.tr, stating your order/invoice number and a description of the problem. If it turns out that a demonstrable defect was caused by the seller (NRT Teknik), NRT Teknik bears the cost of the return shipment. In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
After the returned goods have been received and inspected, we refund the purchase price or replace the product.
